I had just had my first baby and was feeling overwhelmed, unfocused and alone. Godchicks inspired me to not only focus on the beauty of the season I was in but encourged me to make a difference in the world around me! We brought 74 women to GodChicks in September and were so incredibly blessed by the ministry, energy, beauty and encouragement we received from the conference. The detail and thought that was everywhere was so wonderful!

I don't even know where to begin. I was so overwhelmed by that awesome conference. I never heard of GodChicks but I now see what I've been missing out on. I wish the conference could have lasted longer but I truly enjoyed myself! I am a very quiet person and I came by myself and I made 3 new friends (BEAUTIFUL). I invited two women I used to work with to GodChicks.  They are "Christian" but not followers of Christ (as far as I could see).  This is also the first time I actually invited "unsaved" friends to GodChicks and I was slightly nervous (only because I need to let go of the worry I grew up with).  In the end, my friends were incredibly moved by the whole conference and one even bought some of Holly's resources to take home.

Wow...what can I say...well, alot!
20 gals in my circle of influence attended this year. 12 of them have already signed up for next year and are planning on bringing sisters, friends of their teenage daughters, etc. One of the gals asked me to tell you that just walking up and being greeted by men in tuxedoes with chocolate broke through so much (she is single also). And it just got better from there!
